    Filing an honest report to Microsoft


    I wish to file an honest and true complaint with the Microsoft enforcement team for giving me a second ban on top of the communication ban that was placed first according to the enforcement website the second one is for: harassing, threatening, trolling,
    grieving, using abusive or racist language against other players. Now that would be understandable if I didn't already have a ban that prohibits me from messaging, using the kinect, etc so any information would be very useful

    HOW CAN I REPORT person, who's selling stolen accounts with cheap games !?

    The only way to report a user is by filing a complaint via the console. However, keep in mind that Microsoft cannot do anything about what is done through other sites.

    Your best bet is to contact the Enforcement team themselves to find out what is going on and why you got the second ban:

    If they file in US courts, then Microsofts odds of winning is like 99.999999999% to .0000000001% for in the US any company with more than 50 employees paying taxes is viewed as to big to fail.

    Not true.

    When the enforcement team investigate a report they will see if someone has played against or encountered the person they've reported & if they haven't then the report will be ignored & the person filing the report can get into trouble for filing false
    reports.
