Filing a Complaint Useless?

I file a complaint against all the God moders when I play CoD but I run into these same people again and again and Xbox is ignoring me or they just don't get back to people. Should I even bother to try combat modders by filing a complaint? Some "hackers"
combat them by forcing cheating players to disconnect. You have this horrible climate of modders and vigilante hackers on the Xbox Live service and Xbox doesn't care.

I've made a list of cheaters, I can't post them here because it's against the rules to post their gamertags but if any maniacal serial killers out there want the list hit me up bruh. (JK, don't arrest me.)

Filing a complaint

There is no set time frame given out as to when you can expect some action to be taken regarding a complaint. All you can do is report something you feel needs reporting, the XBLPET will take it from there and do what they feel is appropriate in their
own time.

Short version: no one knows.

But I will say try not to be tempted to file more complaints thinking that will speed up the process, it wont.

It does make a difference there are problem players that are suspended/banned every day. All we can do is continue to report/block them as they are found.

Is it though? I see the same cheaters over and over again, they've been doing it for months and Xbox hasn't banned them, months! ...and you say it's worth my time, why? Why should I bother when they've been free to abuse the rules for months?
