file share file (Halo 3) will not transfer

    file share file (Halo 3) will not transfer


    The only copy I have of a saved game clip is on the file share and I can not get it to sucessfully download or transfer to my xbox 360 or xbox one game console. I have other clips in the same file share that all download and play without issue but one clip,
    the one I have nowhere else, fails to transfer after I queue it to download. It shows up in my game clips after and in theater I am able to select the clip but when I start film it just shows a blank screen with the clip slider bar stuck at 00:00 of 00:25
    and the UI controls. The fast forward and rewind options are grayed out. I can only end film. When I select restart I get a “film error” and it returns me to the theater main screen

    is there anyway to extract the file it did transfer to a computer to see if it can be repaired? The Microsoft server has lost/ruined a clip that can never be recreated again and I seem to have no way of getting my file back

    I think the problem is that 343 is taking control of halo servers today, when i was on halo 3 earlier bungie favourites wouldn't load and same with other people's file share.

    I guess it'll be back up some time soon, it is on my file share still.

    Does Halo 3 have a built in Livestream feature?

    I am afraid not. However Halo 3 does have Theater mode which you can use to save short clips to your file share and share with your friends in-game.

    When logged into the new bungie.net, I can't find the older Halo 3 file shares to download from people. Can this be done? Thank you!!!

    Always worked for me too. I prefer the file share system that Halo 3 had. The file share and theater mode are some of my favorite features for Halo 3 and Reach.

    When it comes to recording videos to the computer from your 360, you can purchase a Dazzle for very cheap and the quality is not too bad at all. You can probably find this on ebay for around $20.00.
