file error -2143322101 while trying to start up any of my xbox gamepass games

The error is gone and I can see all my games, but now Im getting the File System Error (-2143322101) with the game launcher for fall out 4 for xbox gamepass PC. I tried going into the gamefiles itself for fallout4 and ran the exe file instead of the launcher and it loaded me into the menu where I can continue my game, but when I try to continue it says I do not have the license for it and to go buy it (Thinks im pirating the game, most likely because I didn't go through the launcher) .

I have a similar problem where the game doesn't start, complains about missing launcher and gives me an Error Code: File system error (-2143322101)

At this point my xbox is all but unusable. While trying to fix my Netflix issues, I was instructed to delete the caches (including the Marketplace cache) and now whenever I start up a game, I get errors while trying to download the updates and since all
my save files were made while the games were updated, I can't use any of them.

The game starts then immediately crashes fast enough that the error code is not readable all i see is a window with words for a split second when the game crashes then nothing

Hello ZeeshanEkram, this error happens only with MK 11 or other Game Pass games as well, you've also checked if you have the latest installed version of Windows.
