    I have a new question. I have my own account but I share sea of thieves with my son account.I watched the video for the figurehead under my name and account and got this message at the end . Will I still be getting the figurehead in my account or did i
    screw myself out of the figurehead by watching under my name?

    Haven't received huntress figurehead

    I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet figurehead sea of thieves :(

    Have not received figurehead either its been almost 2 months me and my fiancée both play sea of thieves and neither one of us have received it in game

    Hey SteveTobin1,

    I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: SteveTobin1 to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer Tag you signed into Mixer with
    to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.

    Hey Apaustroff,

    I apologize that you are not seeing the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" in your game. I'm not sure why you are experiencing this behavior. Here is the link to their support site:

    Just an FYI, when you click the link for "RAISE A SUPPORT REQUEST", it will take you to the "Sea of Thieves Support" page and then forward you to the sign-in page. Once you sign-in, you should be able to proceed to file a support
    ticket with their engineering team.
