    Fifa23 disc won't load on xbox one


    Well, after reporting an issue with xbox one fifa 23 disc not loading on 27/12, and making three calls to ea, I have basically been told they can't help me, and I need to wait for a fix??? Am I the only person having this issue? Have reset xbox, tried it in another xbox, done hard reset, got extra 1tb external storage... at what point do ea say there is a problem with the disc?

    Great Christmas pressie for my son.

    Absolutely appalling customer service from ea!

    Hello Mark, when it says you did a reset on your console, did you reset keep games and apps or what do you delete everything?

    Is it only Fifa 23 that is not recognized on your console or does this happen with other disc games as well?

    Thank you George, but unfortunately they are not.

    This obviously contradicts my consumer rights as they are selling goods that are unusable, and therefore should replace or refund them instantly. Why would I want to give a company £60 to wait for a fix that isn't being done?

    I'm sure the bad press will be good reading, as I'm sure I'm not the only one!

    Hello again, if the reset keeping games did not solve it and I see that you have already tried other procedures, unfortunately the solution is to wait for the correction by Microsoft and EA.

    I did reset keep games and apps as advised. It is only fifa23 disc we are having issues with as other discs he had for Christmas load fine.
