Fifa19 no in game commentary

yeah the commentary setting is up full and i can hear it fine through the headphones. I only get crowd noise and music through the TV! Very odd.

im getting the crowd noise through the tv (cheering and chanting etc) and the music but no match commentators! Ive even changed to German and french commentary but no joy. Im getting the commentary through the headphones but not the TV. I was thinking of
uninstalling the game and reinstalling? I take it i can do that?

Hi Steve,

Do you have Dolby Atmos for headphones or Windows Sonic? If you do then the console optimizes sound for headsets and you may not be able to hear your TV.

This may be an obvious statement, but make sure the TV mute is not on and the volume is up. Also check your settings as it may be an issue with the TV since audio still passes through as you can hear it through your headphones.

Restart your Xbox from the Power & Startup section of your settings.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

I would suggest modifying audio settings in Xbox and TV as well. This looks like multi-channel audio is not supported in the TV.
