fifa17 bundle code re-use

When i bought this xbox one, there comes Fifa17 bundle whit it.

i download fifa17 from store and setup it. Works fine.

While ago my xbox is very mess-up.

So i reset it. Delete all profile and create the new one.

Still saving all the games/apps.

But when i try to play fifa17, it won't work. Asking if i own the game or not?

So i delete fifa17 and try to install it again with bundle code that i get when i buy xbox, but it says code has already use.

how i can install fifa17 again?

It should include FIFA 17 Download-Code and 1 Monat EA Access

I got the code for 1 month EA access but there was no code for FIFA17 download



Kindly provide me the code so that I could start using my gaming console.

Any games you purchase/redeem are tied to your account. As long as you are signed into the account that purchased the game (or that account has the console set as its Home console), the game would be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps and
you would reinstall it from there.

To check, what do you see for FIFA 17 when you sign into your account and check your
Order History? If you installed the game via a token on your account, it should show under My Games & Apps>Ready to Install.

 

Yes fifa is listed my order history on my OLD ACCOUNT.

i dont'n wanna use it any more. I created new one and want to set this up.

(the first account is learning how everything working and it is mess up)

Old account---no set up Home console.

new account----Home console set up

 

Then you would have to repurchase the game on your new account.

 

any chance to remove it from my old account order history?

 

If you recently installed it, you could try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Otherwise, you would need to sign into the account that you redeemed it on and set the console as its Home console so you can still access the game from your new account. You can remove the account after you set it as the Home if you want.

i sign in my old account, and reinstall fifa (and some other game) Then remove the old account and the games still works.
