    fifa wont load


    Every time i try to play fifa 21 it doesn’t load it just kicks me back to the home screen and says “for some reason fifa 21 has taken too long to start” i have been trying everything to make it work since christmas 2020 and it rarely works but then doesn’t work the next day. every other game is fine and when i try using the same disc on another xbox it works perfectly fine. how can i get it to work on my xbox?

    For the 90823423rd time.... pull the power chord on your Xbox, replug it back in, start your One up, and fire up FIFA. Should work.

    I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

    Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.
