    i used a £25 gift card on fifa points but i bought them on my phone on the microsoft store as i dont currently have my xbox , i thought that when i did that id be able to go on the fifa companion app and use my fifa points but they arent there , will i be able to access the fifa points when i have the xbox again and download them or something or has something gone wrong or have i done something wrong

    this can caused by 2 issues.

    - your account may have a lock on it for purchasing in a irregular time frame. i would give 1-800-4my-xbox a call and see if that is the issue.

    - depending on where you are purchasing the contect. some select games have yet to update the to currency format and state in points amounts which no longer are in play in the system

    Thanks for your post! FIFA Points are available for purchase with any Payment Method on your account. This means that if you purchase a Microsoft Account Currency Gift Card, you will be able to use that balance to purchase FIFA Points.
