    I bought fifa points from the Microsoft store and they haven't been added to my account. The order is in my order history and the money has been debited from my account, I have only been on the web app so is that the reason I can't access the points, do
    I need to log on to my console?

    EA put up a support article about if
    I made a purchase in FIFA and did not receive it     with the steps you'll want to do for this. As this is an in-game purchase, you'll want to get in touch with an EA Game Advisor for further assistance.
