Fifa points bought through Microsoft store won't show up in game to use

Did you buy them for the correct version of FIFA? Xbox one or series?

In the same boat as you. Ordered FIFA 21 points through the Microsoft store on PC and they refuse to show up on the trial or Web App. Hope this is fixed soon.

It looks like this is a
known issue with FIFA points on the EA server.

There's currently a backlog of purchased coins being updated correctly to your accounts - we believe this is in large part simply due to the huge traffic on the stores that the launch of the game has generated. We're therefore asking you to wait
up to 24 hours before contacting customer support to give the backlog a chance to clear.

Sorry you are having problems with your COD point. I had a problem trying to redeem a card last week as well. I put the code in and it seemed to be accepted but I could not find the content. I tried putting the code in again but it said the code was already
used. I called support at 877-696-7786 and I finally spoke with some that fixed it. Hope this information was helpful.

You should also take a look at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see wether it shows up there (it should either way, no matter wether you used a code
or bought it directly from the Microsoft Store).

Have you checked your "Ready to Install" games or the Fifa 20 entry on the store wether you are able to download it from there?
