    Fifa doenst stop loading after choosing the language?


    Hi,

    since yesterday I have a problem starting fifa on my xbox one. After I start the game I choose the language and then when messi comes and it tells me to press A i press it and it never stops to load. If i try to start the game without a choosen profil it
    works but when i connect a profile it starts loading forever again.

    Does anybody have the same problem or knows how to solve it?

    My money disappeared...

    I tried buying Bulletstorm after choosing purchase and backing out using B by accident (after 3 secs of choosing purchase on the loading thing), it took my money and it didn't start downloading. Anyway I can get my money back or get the game without paying
    again?

    I found the answer in another forum:

    "Figured out people!! Since there are NO replies on this thread I will help out. You have f

    Got to "clear your cash" to do so you just have to hold the power button on your system for 10 seconds and leave the system powered down for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then proceed to turn the system on. This should fix the problem completely. Yw for a response
    since Microsoft seems incapable of such. "

    i've got another issue now yes. just installed fifa and it crashes after i've loaded it up and chosen the language. just as it said it was syncing. tried again and it's crashed at the exact same spot.

    Whenever you load up the game from the dashboard, the first thing the game does when it loads is let you pick the base language.
