    My son got fifa 24 in disc format of Santa. However after numerous attempts re freaking checking for system updates it won’t download onto his x box one. Could you help us please

    please verify that you have purchased the correct version, there is versions for Xbox one, and the new Xbox series consoles. X1 will work on Series but not vice versa.

    FIFA 23 is available on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, EA Sports FC 24 will also be available on these same platforms.

    Keep in mind that EA sells each version separately, i.e. there is FIFA 23 for Xbox One and FIFA 24 for Xbox Series.

    The Xbox One version can be used on Xbox Series without problems, but the Xbox Series version cannot be used on Xbox One.

    It can take up for 24 hours before it's on your fifa account if you haven't recieved anything after 24 hours contact xbox support
