Fifa 23 wont appear

Pre-ordered fifa 23, transaction and purchase has all gone through yet the game wont appear. I know it releases on the 27th september however usually i can download the game and have it ready to play for the 27th. Once it's downloaded i cant play it usually, but now i cant download it at all and it doesnt show up on my xbox games or anything.

Some games doesn't appear until the date arrive (or the early access date arrive)
Can you try looking for the game directly on the Microsoft store to see if you're able to start the pre-download from there?

If that doesn't work try starting the Download remotely using the Xbox mobile app

I have an xbox series s my friend has the same when he sends me invite on fifa 23 it automatically goes to fifa 23 cloud and its very leggy can I not play him on the fifa 23 normal screen with out going to fifa 23 cloud and I've deleted fifa 23 cloud but still have fifa 23 without cloud on it but it still shows on screen cloud

No. There is no FIFA 22/23 for Xbox 360. The last FIFA title for the 360 was FIFA 19. The last PES was PES 2018.

Only Xbox 360 games work on a 360.

Yes we both have the ultimate edition fifa 23 he searched his friends on my PS5 and they play on XBOX and they appeared when he put them in

According to EA:

"You will be able to match up with and against other players based on the version of FIFA 23 that you are playing."

This means that you will be able to play with an Xbox Series X player if they're also using the FIFA 23 Xbox One version of the game. If they're using or playing the Xbox Series X|S version of FIFA 23 and you're on Xbox One, it will not be possible.
