    Fifa 23 Ultimate Edition Not Working


    I bought Fifa 23 ultimate edition a while ago, but when i play it it says im playing standard edition. I have not gotten the features you should get with Ultimate. I am 100% sure i bought ultimate and have proof. I think this is really unfair because i didnt get what i payed for.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that you're seeing the game order stated as "completed" and it should be the FIFA 23 Ultimate. Once confirmed, simply perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Also, please note that you'll see the Standard edition icon but you'll still have the Ultimate Edition for your game.

    Hi I’m having problems I’m trying to play against my son on fifa 23 and I can’t him when I search his ea ID it doesn’t even appear I play on PS5 and he plays on XBOX Series X

    Yes we both have the ultimate edition fifa 23 he searched his friends on my PS5 and they play on XBOX and they appeared when he put them in
