fifa 23 launch problem

everytime i try to launch fifa 23 on steam i get "The application encountered an unrecoverable error" "click ok to create a memory dump, then please share it on our support site" how to i fix this? i cannot launch the game.

Hello George, i have windows 11 and have problem only with fifa 23. I installed fifa 23 on external hdd`(i dont know usb type). i didnt face same problem with fifa 22.

I have an xbox series s my friend has the same when he sends me invite on fifa 23 it automatically goes to fifa 23 cloud and its very leggy can I not play him on the fifa 23 normal screen with out going to fifa 23 cloud and I've deleted fifa 23 cloud but still have fifa 23 without cloud on it but it still shows on screen cloud

Hello Aster, when it says that your game is lag, it would be in online or offline mode, because there are two types of Lag, processing and internet and in both cases many things on your PC can influence so that a game has both types of lag.
