FIFA 21 promo packs

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

I would try to report it to EA directly since Microsoft won't be able to do much about it.

Sorry about your problem there. When you buy digital games from the Xbox Store the game is tied to your account and you should be able to uninstall and re-install as many times as you like.

Are you sure you are signed in on your console with the same account that you purchased the game?

You can check your order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ - sign in with the account you purchased the game.

If you still can not find your game, you'll need to
Contact Support.

Thank you for your post. All games available on Xbox One will be compatible on the Xbox Series X/S meaning you will not have to repurchase FIFA 21 if and when you purchase an Xbox Series S or X.

Thank you for you reply I have how ever tried all the above I've done a complete reset only game I now have installed is fifa 21. Problem only started after an update ran but only happens with fifa. Im using a 100mb Fibre line same issue I also tried my neighbors line and same problem.
