Fifa 21 gamesharing pre-order issue

Both sons have an xbox one each. Both have paid for the ea 10hrs trial of FIFA 21, which did a download of FIFA21. All good so far.

Son 1 then pays for pre-order, which seems to download OK for him (the 270MB extra download that seems to part of the pre-order).

He then gameshares the pre-order with his brother, but the additional pre-order download (270MB bit) just says 'Installation Stopped' ??

Rebooted console, rebooted internet router, deleted the 'pre-order' bit and tried again. Still 'Installation Stopped'???

Any ideas?

As far as i know only the account that pre ordered the game will get any pre ordered bonus's which is why you get the "installation stopped" message on the other account.

They told me today that they dont have a deadline to fix the bug it means that tomorrow maybe we cannot have access to the game even if we pre order the game.

Same thing is happening to me. They told me i will be charge on 23:59 time just before it wil lunch

I pre order the game with my debit card and it supposed to charge me 10 days before the release date and tomorrow is the release of the game and i think we will not have access to the game, i already contact Costumer Support via Phone Call and Chat and
they ignore the problem. No solution for nothing.. i have my receipt and everything
