FIFA 21 doesnt appear in "my games" list on XBOX ONE after code redeemed

Hello,

I have bought this game today through Amazon and got a code for XBOX ONE.

I used my PC to redeem the code.

Then, I went to my XBOX ONE with the same email I used to redeem the code, to "my games and apps" list and didn't see this game.

When I tried to repurchase through the XBOX app store, it says that I already own this game. But, I have no clue where is it, and how to install it ???

Please help me out here, I bought it to my son's birthday and can't provide him with his present.

The game should be in your ready to install section of your own games in your game library. Scroll down the list of owned games, and select the game, and start the installation. If the game does not show, then find the game in the store, and select the
install button. The game should then start to download.

I cant redeem fifa 21 code on my xbox 1. Pls help!

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

I redeemed a code for the game and right after it said manage game but the game didnt let me download it and now i cant install the game and it doesnt pop up on my games list

Thanks for the response. No, I can't see it there. Xbox Live is listed under canceled subscriptions, however I did redeem the code itself on my machine and it did say I was good to go, so I believe I actually redeemed it. Although it doesnt appear under
subscriptions, neither online or on my xbox, which is the weird part of this.
