Fifa 21 6000 reward points

It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a slight delay that increased our normal 96 hour processing time by a day or so. We see that this purchase completed the Simply Rewarding offer, and the Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 10th.

Same here - 6000 points purchased then spent on PGP's and FIFA added to my achievements. Microsoft say it will take 4-6 weeks to resolve.

In the same boat as you. Ordered FIFA 21 points through the Microsoft store on PC and they refuse to show up on the trial or Web App. Hope this is fixed soon.
