    Hallo und zwar habe ich das Problem das ich heute den 29.09.19 um 18:05 mir FIFA 20 für die Xbox one auf der Microsoft Seite gekauft habe da dort sofort Überweisung geht ....jetzt hab ich aber weder im Bestellverlauf FIFA 20 noch habe ich eine Email bekommen
    das Spiel gekauft zu haben Geld ist aber abgegangen ....normalerweise müsste das Spiel sofort anfangen zu installieren nach dem kauf auf der Microsoft Seite sofern die Konsole an ist aber nicht passiert wo kann ich mich hin wenden damit ich das geklärt bekomme
    da 69.99 nicht grad wenig Geld ist ...und ja ich habe den selben Account verwenden auf der Seite wie der von meiner Konsole (sind verbunden ).
