    FIFA 20 - 21 Points (Microsoft - what's the story?)


    I attempted to purchase FIFA 21 points and mistakenly bought FIFA 20 points (I know, I know). This happened via two different transactions FIFA 20 - 21 Points (Microsoft - what's the story?) :(

    When I contacted Microsoft,
    First time response - Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed.
    Second time response - Our refund policy limits the number of refunds customers are eligible for within
    a year and you've already received the allowed number of refunds this year.

    I only got refunded for one transaction before that was purchased in-game and the points never hit my account.

    I contacted EA who advised they were unable to help or transfer any points because i've never played FIFA 20.

    Lost as to where I go from here and needless to say not satisfied being down 200 EUR without having an adequate response from Microsoft.

    Thanks for your reply. I checked, and I have indeed purchased fifa points for fifa 20 instead of 21. Now I feel stupid! I don't suppose you or anyone else knows of a way to transfer these to fifa 21?. If not, I'll just put it down to experience. Thanks.

    fifa 21 FIFA Points.

    In the same boat as you. Ordered FIFA 21 points through the Microsoft store on PC and they refuse to show up on the trial or Web App. Hope this is fixed soon.

    Hi msd.sdt,

    I believe that Fifa 19 is available on EA access and Fifa 20 must be purchased but will be discounted with EA access.

    As for Fifa 21, it will likely have to be purchased but with EA access members will be eligible for discount.

    Fifa 20 have the Journey mode again?

    The Journey mode is finished. I think 3 years was enough starting from FIFA 17. There is a new mode in FIFA 20 which is called Volta Football, which is a Street football story.
    Oh yeah, forgot Fifa 17.

    Love playing the story modes, like they "Longshot" story mode in Madden 18 and Madden 19. That is another good question since we are on the topic, I wonder next month when Madden 20 is released if they will continue with Longshot story mode.
