    Hello,

    I bought FIFA 19 Ultimate Edition back in September 2018. I play FUT very actively and last night I received the error '0x82D40003' when trying to play. After looking for solutions online, the first one of making sure there isn't another account with the
    game doesn't apply to me since I have only played this game with my username in my home Xbox One.

    I saw the recommendation of removing my account and logging in again after hard reset and it still didn't work.

    Tried the final recommendation of uninstalling the game plus add ons and reinstalling. After uninstalling, the game is not under the 'Ready to Install' as it should. When I go into the store, it wants me to pay for the game.

    This is extremely frustrating and would like to know how to get my game back that I already purchased for almost $100.

    I feel you. I saw that and put the notification, but I guess my biggest concern is that my game doesn't even appear as I purchased! So I went from an error to not having a game at all! And division rivals ends tomorrow night...haha
