FIFA 17 voucher deal

I bought a deal saying if you buy FIFA 17 you get a 10 pound Xbox voucher but I havent received the vouche.

I spoke to the live chat team a few weeks ago when I bought the deal and they said I will get it straight away on the 29th

(when the game comes out) but I don't have the voucher

:)

Trying to redeem voucher

I'm trying to redeem a voucher for Fifa 17 that came as part of a bundle we have entered in code but the electric went off & the game has disappeared when I go to redeem the voucher again it says already redeemed

Any advice how to get this downloaded it's not on my games option pic

Help needed ASAP

Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S

However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.

How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

If you purchased FIFA 17 through the Microsoft Store, they would have e-mailed you a code. That code is for use at the Microsoft Store, not the Xbox Store.

I don't know if the voucher will be valid, I did manage to use a £5 off voucher + brothers staff discount when Fifa 12 was £25 if you bought another chart game just fine.
