fifa 17 ultimate team - no packs?

hello, i ordered the super deluxe edition of fifa 17 but didn't get the totw loan packs or the jumbo gold packs. I spoke to ea and they said that i could speak to you to get codes to redeem these items for my account? I bought the game off the xbox

I cotacted xbox support and was told to post here that I did'nt yet get my code for

FIFA 17 SUPER DELUXE EDITION because i didn't get these :

• Two (2) FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Jumbo Premium Gold Packs per week for over 20 weeks, totaling 40 packs! Worth up to £79.99
• Three (3) match FUT 17 Team of the Week loan player. Up to two (2) players per week for over 20 weeks!
• Eight (8) match FUT 17 loan item of Hazard, Martial, Reus, or Rodriguez
• Custom FIFA 17 Ultimate Team kits created by designers or FIFA soundtrack artists

According to EA, if you purchased the game digitally, your bonus content is added to
your account automatically.
