    Hello

    I've bought FIFA 17 Ultimate points-download code from Amazon on my PC. Redeemed the code on my Microsoft account on my PC, but can not find these points on my xbox???

    i havens got my fifa points with the fifa deluxe verison

    These points automatically unlock with the purchase of FIFA 17 Ultimate Edition and are delivered weekly in-game. Please be sure to check FIFA 17's 'Ready to install' list by highlighting the game's tile, press the menu button on your Xbox One controller,
    and select 'Manage game' to check for any pending add-on's related to the offer to install.

    Let us know if you are able find that in your add-ons for FIFA 17!

    anyone with the fifa 17 ultimate edition... Does it worth?

    last year, in fifa 16 i bought the ultimate edition with Ultimate Team packs and definitely don't worth... I got bad players all the time. This changed in fifa 17 or is the same thing?

    In most cases, these situations are caused by accidentally redeeming the code on the wrong account. Do you happen to have any other accounts that you use on your console and website that your code could have been redeemed on? If so, you will want to check
    that account on your console for the points to see if they might be there.

    If you are sure you didn't redeem it on another account, or don't have one, then I suggest reaching out to phone or chat through our
    Contact Us page for further assistance. Have the token you redeemed handy (you should have that in email still since you got it from Amazon). They'll be able to help you determine what happened
    to the token.

    Is there another profile on your Xbox One console that may have bought the game originally? Try signing into our
    Microsoft Commerce page on your account and look for the purchase. If you do not see it there, that would indicate that the account you're playing from does not own the content.
