fifa 17 super deluxe add-ons not recieved

It showed on sunday morning 8000 fifa points then 3000 fifa points had downloaded due to it being part of the super deluxe fifa. As soon as it said that I launched the game however I did not receive the points in game so I tried restarting my xbox and restarting
the game however they still did not appear. I looked on the reviews for the add-ons as part of the bundle and everyone else is having the same issue. Can you fix this please

Need help redeeming items

When and where did you purchase the game? If you purchased digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be made available in-game. There are no codes sent out for this promotion. Keep in mind that the original Super Deluxe Edition did not come with
8000, you can find out what's included in each version from EA's FIFA 17 Game and Offer Disclaimer page. If you purchased before October 10th, 2016, unfortunately you
are not eligible for the 8000 points.

transactions.

This content is provided in-game, and is not sent out by Xbox as long as you've purchased the digital version of the game. If you purchased the physical version, there should be a code within the package to redeem. If you purchased the digital version, try
checking
FIFA 17's Manage Game menu to see if there is anything pending that needs to be installed.

Apologies for the confusion, but as stated earlier, there's only a code for the physical version. The digital version does not come with a code and automatically comes with the points as long as you specifically purchased the 'Super Deluxe'
edition. Did you check your 'Ready to install' for FIFA 17 and find anything pending?
