    Do games repeat during the Spotlight sale?

    I missed out on purchasing FIFA 17 at 50% discount during the Spotlight sale a day ago due to an issue with my account.

    What are the odds that it will be available on discount again anytime soon? Have you noticed games going on discounted sale frequently or is it a once in a year event that I annoyingly missed?

    Digital games go with the accounts themselves.

    There is no way to transfer digital licenses between accounts.

    The ONLY way that he would be able to play YOUR game on the old console would be to have that console set as your profiles home console then ANY other profile on that console could then play any of your digital games.

    No, ALL digital purchases go with the accounts themselves. Not the console itself. The only way that he would be able to access the game that was purchased under your account would be for you to make that console your profiles home console.
