Fifa 17 Deluxe edition 3000 points not received

I purchased Fifa 17 deluxe edition including 3000 Fifa points over 1 week ago. I have had no points appear in game since. Could someone please help me get my points or my money back.

Missing Fifa points in in Fifa 16 Deluxe Edition

i purchased Fifa 16 Deluxe Edition on March 24 2016, the game is supposed to come with 3000 FIFA points but after the gare finished downloading I never received my 3000 Fifa points. When will I get the points and how can I get them.

I purchased the super deluxe edition of Fifa 17 but haven't received the 8000 Fifa points that should be included ?

FIFA 17's Ready to install to see if these points haven't been installed. Keep in mind that these points are given when you enter FUT mode too, so if these points are already installed on your Xbox One console, they should appear there in-game. Let us know
if that helps!

Thanks for getting back to me. They have been installed. The Fifa 17 3000 points pack is there, downloaded. They just have not appeared in-game. Both EA and Microsoft have said it is each others problem and they cannot help.

What date did you purchase the game? Was this a digital purchase or on disc? If it's digital, is 'Ry the Ninja' the profile that purchased it, or is it possible that this is occurring on a different profile? If it is a different profile, post back here with
