FIFA 17 Bundle Issue

Yesterday I purchased

EA SPORTS™ FIFA 17 Standard Edition
I was already playing the early access version, and tonight I loaded up FIFA 17 and it came on but only with part of the bundle. I got the 8 player loan and 1 FUT draft token oddly, but I didn't get the other 4 tokens or the special addition kit either?

The pack should have 5 FUT Draft Tokens - and the special addition kit.

Please can you help.

Cancelled preorder still shows as "owned"?

Exactly the same issue here with fifa 17 pre order. Still says i own it even though i cancelled it 2 months ago. Hope i dont have any issues redeeming my fifa 17 code that comes with the xbox ons S bundle i have purchased.

Hey, TAPPY71! According to
EA's Edition information for FIFA 17, you received exactly what you should have on the first sign in. You will want to sign in to FUT each week for 4 weeks to get your weekly draft token. You would only receive the FUT Kit if you pre-ordered, based on the
same article.

If you have any issues with getting your future draft tokens, you will need to reach out to EA for further assistance. Thanks for understanding!

Where did you purchase your Xbox One console bundle? Per the EA Support page on

what is included in your FIFA 17 edition, the code should have been provided by the retailer. If you did not get the code, you'll want to go back and speak with them as we are unable to provide replacement codes.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

Hey Kyza10! It is most likely a per week basis that those are delivered. Check this
page for info on how many per week you should be getting. If you believe you are not getting the packs you are entitled you will need to follow up with EA as we do not have access to
