Are you referring to codes that are missing from the console bundle? If so, you'll need to reach out to the retailer you purchased from. They should be able to best help you out.

For in-game unlocks you'll want to reach out to
EA Support. Make sure that the content is show as installed under the Manage Game list for Fifa 17. If you see the content there, EA Support should be able to best help you out. Thanks for your patience with this.
