Hi!

Bought FIFA 16 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order and never got my EA Access Code.



Please help.

Sorry to hear about the issue! I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
  
• After you have removed your account, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
  
• Download your
  account to your Xbox One console.
• After you have downloaded your profile, launch FIFA 15 and check to see if you are able to access the pre-order add-on content.

I have a similar problem where we pre-ordered but it now thinks we only had a trial edition that has expired. Since the bundled is no longer in the store, we can't re-install it. It is very frustrating and though Xbox support assigned a case number and said
it is a DRM problem, nobody has contacted me about it AT ALL for almost 2 weeks. I can obviously re-buy the normal game, but that won't give me any of the pre-order benefits and anyway, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO?
