    FIFA 16 Preorder, still no EA Access code.


    Along with many other posts, I'm still yet to receive my EA Access code.

    I've spoken to 3 different chat assistants through Xbox live chat and was sent here on the 3rd attempt, hoping for some help as I've been waiting for quite a while now.

    Did not recieve EA Access code after purchasing FIFA 17.

    Same is happening to me...no ea access code after the preorder of fifa...but the code arrives on the mailbox or where else?

    Hey there, True! When did you pre-order your FIFA 16 game? It will take 7-10 days for your account to receive the Xbox Live message with the EA Access code after the pre-order. If it's been 11 days or longer, let us know so that we can look into this further!

    Yeah I bought the console pack that included fifa 16 and ea access for a month- ea access code was there but fifa 16 wasn't. Surely the original purchase retailer has nothing to do with it, people in xbox must have forgotten to include it
