If your download is consistently getting stuck at 96%, try the following steps:

1) Cancel and reinstall the game: Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > Manage > Queue > select FIFA 16 and choose Cancel. Then try reinstalling.

2) Clear local saved games:

Go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This won’t delete your cloud saves.

Please double check other gamertags that are on your console to rule out the possibility that the code was redeemed on one of those.

However, if you got an Invalid Code error when you tried to redeem it in the first place you should contact the seller, especially if it was purchased from an online site such as Ebay or Amazon.
