FIFA 16" dont have the correct permssion to acess features

So i cant access the pro clubs online mode on my xbox one as it says i dont have the correct permission to do, does anyone know how to fix this?, could it also be that i have been banned from communicating with anyone over xbox live?

also it lets me play online seasons just not clubs

Error the current profile isn't allowed to play on Xbox live

it says, your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature when i try to play bo3 or fifa 16, WHY

Does your account currently have any active Xbox Live Enforcement actions against it? You would have received an Xbox Live message advising you of any Enforcement actions or you can check at the
Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement website. Make sure you are signed in to see information regarding your account. Accounts that currently have Enforcement actions enacted against them may experienced
reduced privileges on Xbox Live and in certain games.

i have forza 6 but i dont have fifa 15 i have 16

If you wish to play online multiplayer games you should have a gold membership otherwise "your profile will not have the correct permission to" play online multiplayer games.
