FIFA 16 (Digital) issue with Xbox One

Hi All, So FIFA 16 is my most played game and it has been working fine up until a week ago. The game is digital and was purchased from the UK store. The issue is I go to load FIFA 16 up and I get the FIFA 16 screen (at the very start) and then my screen
goes black for a minute and it quits to dashboard. So far I have tried the following: Power cycle Hard reset Moving from external to internal storage Deleting entirely, re downloading and installing (twice) Deleting all saves (yes, this was my last hope!).
So far nothing can get it working, to note other games work fine with no issues. Anyone heard of this issue and any ideas how to fix?

Black screen after start fifa 16

HI. I have a problem with the launch fifa 16 on the xbox one. When I'm trying to run the fifa 16(digital ver)) after five seconds the black screen pops up, the same promlem is a fifa 15(cd ver.) the rest of the games like: the wither 3 or forza 5 workig
properly. Please help me to solve this problem.

 

Digital copy Xbox One origin

Can I purchase a digital copy cd-key (origin) of Fifa 16 and play the game on the Xbox one?

when power cycling via the manual steps shown at:
www.xbox.com/.../Search do you wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering the console on again?

Just to be sure please try those steps again with that extra validation.

Thank you for the reply, I have tried this before but to be sure just tried again and it didn't work..

 

This happened to me last night. I did the power cycle and that didn't fix it. Decided to play some Fallout 4 for a couple hours, then tried FIFA 16 again.... it sat at the intro screen for about 30 seconds, and then started the game up normally. Not sure
what was going on?

 

Went for the factory reset and it sorted it, last resort.
