Fifa 16 deluxe edition with plants vs zombies promo

I just want to clarify if we are sent a promo code to this game or this is installed automatically once we instal the bundle? I was able to install the game but no promo code received and it was also not added on my game licenses

I wish you guys specify how to get the additional game in it if you are going to start a promotion. :\

I bought fifa 16 Bundle with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. Fifa 16 works fine, but since 2 weeks no Code for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. Support told me to write here.

Hello i recently purchased the deluxe edition of Fifa 16 for the xbox one on the XBL marketplace. I was supposed to be given Plants vs Zombies as part of the promotion however i have not received it, after trying with customer service for a bit to recover
it or have it sent to me, i was directed to this link to post my inquiry so a redemption code could be sent to me for Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. Thank you, Joshua Marques

Also, I'm also being asked to purchase the plants vs zombie game. I already came from the xbox support. Do they need to refund my content and let me purchase this again so that it will work since they said that you guys know more about this before I proceed.

The Bundle should include access to a digital copy of the game. If you haven't already please check your Ready To Install List. If you haven't already please be sure to sign in over on
commerce.microsoft.com and verify that the transaction for the game was completed.

 

it's not in my ready install , the transaction is also there and also if this already provides me a digital copy of the game... why am I being asked to purchase the plants vs zombies game again?

should I ask to permission with xbox support that I will purchase the plants vs zombies game, ask them to refund the transaction and retain the game license. and show this post as proof? since I don't want them to refund my fifa 16 bundle and buy it again
just to get the license bundle since I bought that with a discounted price during the promo.

they also have verified my transaction that I did purchase that bundle.... problem is I didn't receive the plant vs zombies license.

the only reason they didn't allow me to proceed with this option yet. Since they don't know if the game will be provided in a form of a code or be integrated with the bundle itself.

So, I just want to be clear that if someone purchases this bundle both games should automatically appear on my ready to install list, correct? I also don't need to wait for any code to be sent to me, yes?
