Fifa 16 - DeLuxe Edition only normal Gold Packs instead of Premium Gold Packs

Hello,

I pre ordered Fifa 16 - Deluxe Edition.

After entering the bonus code and upon re-entering Fifa 16 i noticed that the packs i got were regular 5000 coin (12-10-1) gold packs.

It was advertised that: "Get FIFA 16 now and get up to 40 FUT
Premium Gold Packs over 20 weeks*."

As far as I know the Prem. G-P are 7500 coin (12-10-3) gold packs.



Can you explain why the discrepancy and how we can fix this ?

Hi Team,

I recently redeemed a code for my fifa 16 deluxe edition on xbox one. Law from xbox support has confirmed the redemption. The code includes 40 free premium gold packs over a span of 20 weeks (2packs each week). I redeemed the code on 11th Feb 2016. However,
i only received packs on the first two weeks (totalling 4 packs) and stopped receiving them ever since.

Hence i contacted ea support and they told me the promotion is over hence i cant receive any more packs and they are unable to add anymore packs to my account as they do not have the tools to do so sonce the promotion is over and they directed me to xbox
support instead.

I am rather frustrated because i did not get what i was promised from purchasing the deeluxe edition, in that case i couldve gotten the standard edition instead. I understand that the current promotion for deluxe edition is 3000 fifa points instead of the
free packs, but when i redeemed the code on feb 11, it was still for the packs that were going to be ceasing distribution.

Please let me know what you can do for me since i didnt get what i was promised from the deluxe edition of fifa 16... thanks a lot!

Firstly, it states "up to 40FUT Premium Gold Packs". This means that the max you can get is 40 but it may be much less. It doesn't state a minimum amount you can get.

Secondly, it states "over 20 weeks*." This means that you don't get them all right now. You may get them over the course of the next 4 months.

Lastly, there is the asterisk "*" at the end there. That means that there are some conditions to this statement. I am guessing that it means that you have to earn the Gold packs. Since these are called "FUT Premium Gold Packs" I am pretty sure they are
talking about this "FUT Draft Mode - Coming to FIFA 16 is FUT Draft, a brand new way to play FIFA Ultimate Team. This new mode will test your FUT squad building skills as you pick the best fit for each position from a five-player draw. Draft a squad and challenge
opponents, online or in offline single player, in a series of up to four matches. As you progress, you'll earn better rewards, including coins, packs, and more. Win four matches in a row to earn the best rewards possible!"

So to sum it all up, You don't just get those packs but you have to earn them!

But that would be contradictory to the german site which states (If u know german):

There is no "up to". The statement made is indefinate and yes .. I know I am not getting all packs at one time .. that was not my concern.

Lastly no they are not talking about FUT Draft ! I do not have to earn those packs I get them for free due to pre-ordering the game.

FUT Draft will only award you higher valued packs for getting further in the tournament but if u loose 1st round you will get your "buy-in" back in some shape or form.

So unfortunately .. your answer does not hit the mark but u r close !

So it would seem like these packs are a weekly thing that runs from Oct through to Feb. And these packs are a mixture of things not just coins.

 

Thank you for your effort but it's not about the time frame ... I am very aware that there are 2 Packs once a week !!

The issue is and you referenced that so nicely for everybody to read that the text states multiple times

..... PREMIUM GOLD SETS ......

That would be a value of 7500 coins (12 Obj. 10 Gold 3 Rare) per pack !!!!

BUT...

What I am receiving through the code are

.....REGULAR GOLD PACKS.....

Valued 5000 coins (12 Objects, 10 Gold, 1 Rare)

So again if I am not clear enough ...

The packs I am receiving are not PREMIUM GOLD (7500) but REGULAR GOLD (5000).

They are NOT the advertised ones.
