FIFA 16 codes missing from Fifa 16 500GB Xbox One Bundle

I recently purchased an XBOX ONE 500GB FIFA 16 bundle for my younger brother. The console came with 2 cards, 14 month trial of XBOX LIVE Gold and 1 month trial for EA access - but no FIFA 16 or the 3 UT Loan Legend packs.

I spoken to Eleah Mae via MS support live chat and she suggested i post my issues here to see if they can get resolved.

Can someone please help?

Fifa 16 code missing in Xbox One 500GB EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Bundle

Thanks! The retailer is not helping. They just say that it came packed from microsoft and they are not responsible if it was missing. Would microsoft be linking the product code with my console serial number. Can it not be traced?

Fifa 16 code missing in Xbox One 500GB EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Bundle

Today I bought Xbox One 500GB EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Bundle in Dubai. To my horror I did not find any code for fifa 16 inside the sealed box. Really disappointed with microsoft and xbox. The box was totally sealed and I have bought it from
a very reputed retailer in Dubai Mall.

Any suggestions what I can do?

Hey there, odie SA! For items within a bundled console, we are unable to provide the tokens that came in there. You will need to go to your retailer your purchase was made and ask them to replace your console. Sorry for any confusion surrounding this situation,

If you bought a FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle, there should have been a code within the box for FIFA 16 as a full download, separate from EA Access. There should have been a card with a silver rectangle (you scratch away the silver part ot reveal the code) in
the box the console came in.

I hope this helps.

Double check the packaging to make sure you haven't missed anything. If there are any other cards with codes on, check them, as they may have more than one code on them.
