FIFA 15 UT doens conect to server (nao conecta ao servidor)

I'm going to make the post both in enghlis and portuguese because i dont know the nationality of the persons who im sending this to

So i have played fifa 15 since i got Windows 10 but yesterday i decide to conect it to my facebook account. I never had a single problem with FIFA 15 UT but now (since i conect it to facebook) when i open it, it does conect to the server.....just stays there
saing its conecting to the server but this never really happens. What shoud i do to correct this problem?

P.S: the first time i connect to facebook i coudl open the game and it was great but since i first closed it ...never ran again

i ve already unistall and install but the problem stays

boas. joguei fifa 15 ut desde que saiu o Windows 10 mas ontem conetei á conta do facebook. foi tranquilo joguei normal ligado ao facebok mas desde que fechei o jogo sempre que tento abrir outra vez fica a ligar ao servidor eternamente e não liga...... já desisntalei
e voltei a instalar e o problema continua..o que devo fazer?

Sempre que voces entram no FIFA ele se conecta ao servidor EA?

Ou ele costuma dar problema e tem que funfar denovo?

Pra mim é um saco, direto da indisponivel... ai tento em seguida da certo..

Hmm. I see you've already mentioned that you reinstalled FIFA 15 already and that didn't help, correct? At this point, since the issue seems specific to FIFA 15 and not your Xbox console as a whole, I suggest you reach out to
EA Support. They'll have better insight on their game's issues than we will.

To cansado de ser empurrado de um suporte para o outro sem solução nenhuma.

the problem are the electronic arts dedicated servers, if you play with the internet cable disconected it dosent freze the game. servers of xbox live and with conection to a dedicated server like origin or EA, its the problem and i dont see microsoft presing
the electronic arts to resolve the problem. i´m not going to buy the fifa 15. my fifa 14 goes too the garbage. sory the english.
