    hello. yesterday there were problems with enrollment purchased fifa points in the game FIFA 15 FIFA 750 points were paid, but were not credited to my account

    I am sorry to see that you didn't receive the in-game credits you purchased! For issues with your FIFA points, you will need to
    contact EA. For in-game currency, the developer is the one that you'll need to go through to get that to show up after you have purchased it. Hopefully they will be able to get this sorted out for you!

    If you need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've already completed. The community here will work to get your issue sorted out. FIFA 15 points :D

    XBOX Live expiry: Can purchases still be accessed afterwards?

    FIFA 15 points are tied to your account and have no bearing on if you're a Gold member or not.

    I really wish there was something we could do to help here. The first suggestion would be to have you call Xbox phone support but they will only direct you back to EA who you need to deal with in this matter.
