Fifa 15 Online play with Friends

Hi,

this is weird, i cant play online with friends, but i could play with a random match. Party works fine.

But it was working till 2 days ago and haven't changed any settings, have live gold account for another 11 months.

Do any of you know why?

Hello, I had this problem for while now and can't really play games online with friends as it says I'm offline, but clearly I am online talking to them. Like Fifa 15 can't play a friend because it says to me I need to add friends to play against them even
though I am talking to my friend. Also I have a packet loss of 100% any ideas and help?

Hi Twindaddy,

I found a solution but having a different problem now.

I had to restore xbox to factory settings,reinstall everything from scratch and it works half fine.

At half time when playing with friends online, an error msg pops up saying"cant get you profile information online, try again later" and the game quits to main screen.

Gotta find a solution for that now.
