    FIFA 15 Code redemption error FUT Gold Pack


    I have tried to download the FUT Gold Pack for my kids but keep getting the following error codes:

    SVC60017
    92b5f649-82c7-498f-8f9a-1806466fe0f7
    2015/02/09 - 22:39:12 UTC
    The one above was from live.xbox.com, but the same error occurs when using the Kinect to scan the code as well.
    Can someone tell me what this error means? I could not find it in the error code search page either.
    Has the promotion expired?

    FIFA 16 code for packs

    I recently bought FIFA 16 standard edition and it came with a code for 15 FUT GOLD PACKS. I put in the code it said it was successful but i do not have the packs. How do i get them?

    EA Access is now available to ALL Xbox One users!

    So we still get that 40 FUT Gold packs in Fifa 15 if we go access instead of pre order? There is a pre order deal im interested in but this access is a dope deal
