FIFA 15 - Code not received to redeem free gold packs

I'm here to try and get the free gold packs I was told I would receive when buying FIFA 15. I purchased the game recently when on offer through Xbox Live Gold (couple weeks ago i think), but never received anything with the code EA tell me I'm meant to use
to redeem said packs.

Contacted yourselves on Twitter but no response yet.

Please help, my FUT is in need of a restructure and I don't want to have to spend more money on FIFA Points just yet. Especially as these gold packs were part of the deal when purchasing the game.

Fifa 15 Gold packs pre-order bonus

Hey,

I've received 2 fifa 15 digital codes with my Xbox console. One was for the game itself and a second one for 40 gold packs which is given at 1 per week.

But now several weeks in I still haven't received any Gold packs. Redeeming the code again doesn't work it says it already has been claimed. How can I get the gold packs?

I have the same problem in that I was given a two free day trial when I purchased Fifa 16 and cannot redeem the 25 character code as it comes up with "you have a gold membership already" when I know my Xbox live ran out on the 01/12/15 and today's date is
12/12/15 so I am really annoyed that I cannot redeem my code
