    FIFA 14 points don't download, but still get charged by Microsoft


    My lad has brought some FIFA points 500 for £3.99, but then after displaying 100% it says download failed, so he has to do it again. However, Microsoft charge for both transactions. This has happened a couple of times this month. Also, we have some transactions
    (like for yesterday) which he didn't buy. How do we complain to MS to get our money back!

    I want a buy a points on Fifa 14 but when i click on cancel the money has charged.

    Can you refund this ? I not used this points.

    fifa point problem

    purchased 2100 microsoft points with fifa 14 valued at £18.00, for in game purchases, 1575 fifa points costs 1000 microsoft points at £11.99. not enough left to get another 1575 fifa points. not fair. not right.

    i want my fifa points. thats why i bought 2100 ms points.

    You'll have to contact EA. They are the ones responsible for getting you the packs upon purchase.

    Just to let everyone know, If your in the beta do not download any FIFA 13 UT coins. You will be charged but don't get the points. You will have to wait for a game update for it to work.
