Fifa 14 exclusive offer not recieved

I signed up for this offer which stated that if I registered my gamer tag on an xbox one before the 5th January then I would receive a digital copy of fifa 14, 3 months live and £15 Microsoft credit. I've done everyone required, and have waited until January
29th when I was told I would receive an email by, but nothing has come. I have checked my spam folder and all emails from December and January. Can you tell me what to do next, I am unsure if the promotion was from ea or Microsoft or both.

Microtransactions are on PS4 as well unless FIFA 14 some how magically becomes an X1 exclusive...

its the same offer for everyone on here....

we are tired to wait... when we call MS they dont know anything...we were suppose to get everything for the 29 january, but NOTHING

On checking out the page I notice that it states the offer is exclusive to email recipients only. did you all receive an email from the promotion for the offer?
