FIFA 14 AGE RESTRICTIONS AAAAARGH!

Right, first of all I love the new xbox one. Got my son it for chrimbo (he's almost 11) now we're getting messages saying he cant log in to multiplayer with EAS FC apparently because of EA age restrictions!!? The game is advertised as PEGI 3 so is this not
false advertising and a bit naughty from EA and Microsoft? My son played online for the previous 3 titles on the 360 so come on Microsoft help me out please. I KNOW there must be millions of others who are getting the same issue so any ideas or suggestions

FIFA is an EA Sports game. EA servers have their own age restrictions. If the birthdate on your son's account is accurate and he's under 14, he will not be allowed to play FIFA online on that profile.

Fifa 14 Not connecting to EAS FC

Hi all,

whats the problem with FIFA 14 my son can no longer connect to Ultimate team on his new xbox one?! Ive scoured the internet and apparently there are major issues with fifa 14, EA and the new origin accounts connecting. help please?!!! I know that this stupid
13 age restriction with origin exists but even setting up a new account that is adult and creating an origin account to play fifa 14 doesn't connect HEEEEELP!

Make a new account which isn't a child account with an age limitation.

I can see where MS is going to help you on this. You could also contact EA and ask them why the online play is age restricted.

It’s telling to manage family members even though I have no restrictions and my account age is set to 14

Once you create an account the age cannot be changed. EA has age restrictions set on their games. For games like FIFA, you have to be 13 in order to use online.

In Ireland and I pre-ordered in June the day after they got rid of their garbage restrictions. I was upgraded to the Fifa 14 bundle from Gamestop.
