FH5 tune browser and Event lab is not showing any results

Hello,

I've installed FH5 through game pass but I can't search for any community tunes or designs even any custom races in the event lab nothing shows up even in the browser of each menu mentioned before I tried contacting the support they told me it's a router/connectivity issue I tried using another network hotspot (iPhone) and it didn't work also uninstalling and installing didn't help too.

please help me I can't enjoy the game with a downloadable tune or any custom race W/friends.

@Lil Dogg ... no worries ... i'm working on a way to include the "viewing" audience ... there might be some cool incentive to tune in to the event .. yes that means i'll be giving away a viewing prize to those who can't show up but do tune in to watch

It is a bit discouraging to see "impossible" feats being posted to the leaderboards. The best route may be to contact the team at Microsoft Casual Games to see if they have a way to report suspected bad behavior. Head to https://community.microsoftcasualgames.com/
