FH5 crash after loading

Game launches fine through steam i click play i go through to my house on the game as soon as i enter to go free roam then it freezes and then throws me out to steam again and then when i review my event viewer then i get this code 0xc0000005 but then on further investigation i went the extra mile to go and look deeper into the issue where i disable all of my windows defender as well as my virus and threat detection and i put forza 5 as an exclusion then i go back into steam where i verify the game files then on finalizing i get the message that says 1 file found that will be redownloaded then its a file of the size of 64Bytes then i open the game again knowing that all my security on the pc has been turned off then it all repeats itself again so it is not the security of the windows that is deleting that file , every time i go and look to verify the files after i have opened the game then that file always keeps on getting removed and then steam redownloads it again how is that possible and i cant locate which file it is that is being removed and its always the same size file , and all of my drivers is latest so its something else deleting that file then the game freaks out and gives me that error code because of the file being missing so its not reading that file
